East River Park at Night is Nice

One of my favorite places to go at night East River Park. Yes it is closed because it around 4am and still under construction. All the railing are not even up and the water fountains are still wrapped in bubble wrap. But is awful nice especially with no people around.

so i took a little time off

i lost my camera and with that part of my mind but i am back sometimes tings come to a head but whatever i will write more and post more pictures i have been lost but now i am found there was never any beginning and there well never be an end it has all just starting all over again.

I just got back into town yesterday after a wedding/vacation week, the first time I have left NYC in over a year. It was great and it was sorely needed and I must say I clean up pretty good for a scumbag. It was my best friend James and his long time girl friend Angela's wedding down at Dewey Beach in Delaware. It was tons of fun and a long time coming, I got to be best man and had to give a toast and everything. After the wedding it was party time going to bars, amusement parks, bars, beaches, putt-putt golf, go-cart racing and of course some drinking and did I mention we had some drinks. It is nice to be back, but it felt much better to leave. Dewey Beach on the weekends is filled with a lot of jock douchebags but what's new, on the weekdays it is a pretty awesome place. I am pretty used to it though since every weekend starting Thursday night I am surrounded by douchebags. Well, all in all a great week. And again congrats James and Angela.

Went to see Hank III and Assjack

Wednesday June 24 I went to see Hank III and Assjack at The Music Hall of Williamsburg. It was great, they play a good 2.5 hour show. They even change outfits to go along with the music. From cowboy hats with the country music down to baseball hats and last but not least to none with some headbanging to the metal. And as you can see lots of fake blood and a little real. The opening band was Lucky Tubb which was also awesome, Lucky even came to C-Squat the following day just to jam in the basement.

Mars Bar gets a White Job

The owner of Mars Bar, Hank decided to paint the inside of the bar white to make it look cleaner or something. But all in all it just looks crazy, kind of like a dirty art show or something. It does make the little bar look a lot bigger and brighter which I believe is not a good thing. Do you really want to see the person next to you that well? They also did the most awesome job painting if you move any of the art on the walls they did not paint behind them. Well you know painting is just as difficult as rocket science or brain surgery. But at least they haven't painted both the bathrooms yet. What a white job!
