C-Squat Basement gets a piano harp
After all we here at C-Squat had many pianos and their harps and loved them. I always knew something was wrong without them. I feel so at home again, these harps weigh a damn ton but it is worth it. Next jams at the house will have a harp. C-Squat is alive again. As you can see it was a bitch getting this thousand pound thing down the stairs.

I thought I was seeing spots
I didn't know what was going on with this until I got home. Another lifestyle visual art project in the city all lifed sized and such. Polka dotted black and white pink garbage bags all over St. Marks Place. The garbage bags which are made to keep away rats and bugs away. Go visit his page at: TRASH: Any Color You Like Adrian Kondratowicz's art project that is ecosconscious and 100% biodegradable. This is the kind of shit that just keeps me home or sitting in the C-Squat basement playing ping pong and drinking beer. Have fun everyone.

Jimmy and Shayne Play Crash Down
Just watching Jimmy and Shayne playing video games on a non 70's console but a laptop freaks me out. Shayne a collector of 8-Tracks and all kind of out of date shit and Jimmy a collector of I could not even venture a guess but if I would it is a little bit of everything. Watching them play video games just gives me a weird feeling like something has gone wrong with the world. Over here a C-Squat you get used to the ordinary but this to me is Extraordinary. Ordinary to me here might be the extraordinary to most. To give some back round on Jimmy he used to live at 5th Street Squat back in the day he owned lots of dogs and lots of stuff. He pretty much occupied the top two floors and filled them with "jimmy" stuff. For me to explain what he owned would take days. He also build geodesic domes on the roof. He had cameras and microphones on the outside to hear and see if people were trying to get in. He is awesome. He likes King Cobra and even more his Steel Reserve 211 beer. He built towers 20 cans high in the backyard glued together with crazy glue.

Rained Out Show in Tompkins Square Park Ends Up in C-Squat

NYC's 2nd annual Bike Noise(Bike Noise II) was supposed to be held in Tompkins Square yesterday May 3rd but was rained out. Moved from the park to C-Squat featuring bands like Public Serpents, Wombat in Combat, Mischief "O" Brew, Ja Moustache Eddies, Social Standards and Team Spider. The bands played from about 6 to 9pm and the party raged out for hours longer. Moving its way up into a couple upstairs apartments and still going on in the basement with some street kids aka crusties also looking for a place to sneak under to crash for the night. Hiding under the stage of all places and using their dogs as pillow. Up in Bill Cashman's room the beer drinking ended up leading to a impromptu game of spin the bottle. Everyone acting like junior high school and elementary school kids maybe remembering back to those sweet days of old. As you can see Mr. Bill Cashman was pretty busy getting a little from everyone. Thanks to Public Serpents I got some pictures of them playing.

The Slumgoddess Is Watching You
This is a warning to everyone out there. The Slumgoddess is watching you and you don't even know it but you might be next on her list. You are not safe she is hiding in the cracks and cravases. She is behind that tree or bush or she might be sitting right next to you. She can get into your house and take your picture. She got the keys we don't know how but when you least expect it she there and then your picture and story is on the internet. Just trying to get a coffee or hot dog at Ray's Candy Store she's there, sitting having a beer at C-Squat she's there, relaxing in Tompkins she's there, sitting on the toilet she's there. You can't escape there is know escape because she is right behind you. Boo!
